Abstract
The contribution describes the use of internet surveys for the evaluation of mobility information systems. These are services, which provide the user with information for realising a change of location. Apart from the mere supply with information, these offers are often completed by a consulting activity and can be provided both for a collective community (e. g. traffic jam information via radio) and for individuals (e. g. electronic timetable information via internet). First the underlying methodology is illustrated and some recommen-
dations concerning the scientific evaluation of such offers are made. Then, based on case studies from the projects IMAGO and MOBILIST, it is shown, how an implementation into the practice could take place. Concluding, some interesting results, which were attained by analysing these projects, are presented.Abstract - optional
Im Beitrag wird der Einsatz von Online-Befragungen zur Evaluierung von Mobilitätsinformationsangeboten dargestellt. Dies sind Angebote, bei denen dem Nutzer Informationen zur Durchführung einer Ortsveränderung zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Neben der reinen Informationsbereitstellung werden diese häufig um eine Beratungsleistung ergänzt und können sowohl für ein Kollektiv (z. B. in Form von Staumeldungen im Radio) als auch individuell (z. B. durch eine elektronische Fahrplanauskunft via Internet) erfolgen. Zunächst wird die zugrundeliegende Methodik erläutert und dann einige Empfehlungen hinsichtlich der wissenschaftlichen Evaluierung solcher Dienstleistungen gegeben. Danach wird anhand von Fallbeispielen aus den Projekten IMAGO („Innovative Marketing- und Angebotskonzepte in Gemeinden mit Ortsbussystemen“) und MOBILIST („Mobilität im Ballungsraum Stuttgart“) gezeigt, wie eine Umsetzung in der Praxis erfolgen kann und abschließend einige interessante Ergebnisse dargestellt.
